The Fountain Of Life Seminars

News Letter
Oct/Nov. 2003

Dear brothers and sisters,
It is a blessing to be on God's side. The Lord will always open avenues for more information about Himself. The Topic we are discusssing "Who is the Comforter" is a very interesting one. It has made a lot of our readers search the scriptures more than before. We received a lot of comments, both positive and negative, questions, disapprovals and approvals. Like any subject being discussed, there will always be questions. This is very important for any subject to be regarded as a live topic for discusssion. What I loved most was contributions from both sides. They all based their facts from the bible. I loved it. Some went out side the bible and added information from other writers. I prefered the bible only approach. Its safer, its not biased to any denomination. All christian denominations claim the bible to be the Ultimate authority and any other writers other than the bible, are regarded as private interpretation. The Bible has a long history of consistancy and has not changed since.

Now that we are doing the second part of "Who is the Comforter?" The Lord will help us understand His truth as He sees it fit. A lot will depend on our openess to truth. As we read our bibles from Genesis to Revelation, we will be blessed. The bible is perfect for its purpose. It is a reliable guide to salvation.

Mere semantics does not devide the clear teaching of the bible. The bible is always correct regardless of human exergesis which is often biased to certain beliefs or cord of conduct. This should act as a warning to those who would leave bible exposition to theologians rather than the Spirit of God.That is the reason we have so many denominations and one bible instead of so many bibles and one b-i-b-l-i-c-a-l denomination. It is vital for us to diligently search the word of God in order to replace human concepts with the sure word of His almighty.I am amazed at the enthusiasm of God's people when it comes to knowing more about God.Some dont know what to do regardless of the facts presented in the bible. Prayer is the only way out of this dilemma. Again I will underscore this statement We will not understand God's word as a team but as individuals.

I would like to repeat what I wrote in my last letter as follows:- One day Jesus said to His disciples,"For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them" Mat 13:17. The truth is, some of the things we now understand are revealed by God because it is truth for this time. It was never understood before because it was not truth for that time, period.

The Lord is more than faithfull to accoumplish what He intended His people to know if we ask Him. Time is still on our side to know Him but its not going to be long. Truth will never change. Truth will always triumph. Truth will always rule.

We have other topics to cover once we are over with this topic. We are not in a hurry to do more; than understand what we already have. The Lord will always make a way for us to know more of His truth.

I want you to closely read this topic and see for yourself what the Lord is saying to us about His spirit, the Comforter. Go back to the drawing board and re-read this subject. I know its difficult to retrace your foot steps after coming a long way in a common road of a belief accepted by many people. Your foot prints are almost identical to others. So much that you become complacent and say, "After all I am not the only one, can we all be wrong? with big denominations like A, B, C, D , E, and so forth, we should be OK, there is nothing to panic about, after all its just a small matter" Well, I can only say, your decision is final, even God can not change it for you.

No one has all the truths besides God.The bible says in John 8:32 "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" The Lord is our refuge and will always be there for us when we need him. He is our Comforter.

May God be with you always.

AMEN.
